| Future bloc head, Fouad Siniora, said that the sides which persist in boycotting the parliamentary session to elect a new president of the republic are the ones responsible for the current course of elections, naming these sides as "Free Patriotic Movement and Hezbollah."
Former PM Siniora's fresh words on Monday came during a meeting with MP Georges Adwan at the Parliament, in the wake of the 35th parliamentary session to elect a new president.
Talks between Siniora and Adwan reportedly dwelt on most recent developments.
In response to a question on emerging about a likely increase on the price of gasoline, MP Siniora said that every deputy has the right to give his opinion on the matter; however, the side which is directly concerned in this regard is the Finance Ministry.
MP Adwan, for his part, expressed discontent for failure to elect a new president of the republic during today's session, saying he wished the recently launched initiative by the Lebanese Forces would have contributed to the realization of this election.
Adwan also called on Hezbollah to reach an understanding with Deputy Sleiman Franjieh on this matter, so that the sole March 8 candidate to presidency would remain General Michel Aoun.
